I stayed at Noboribetsu Guest House Aka & Ao for New Year's Eve and the first day of the year, and it was a wonderful experience. The clerks were kind and could speak English, and they even gave me a free cup of sake to celebrate. The bed was clean, comfortable, and smelled great. The room was cozy and warm, and the shower was fine, albeit a bit cramped for adults. I was pleasantly surprised by the automatic bidet that opened itself when I approached it. One of the best things about this guest house is its location, just a one-minute walk from the JR station and bus station. it was a great stay with friendly staff, clean facilities, and convenient transportation options nearby.

The convenience was unmatched, with a cafe just two shops away and an izakaya restaurant a minute walk from the guest house. The amenities were clean and the staff were prompt, friendly, and always ready to assist and provide guidance. We enjoyed socializing with other travelers and even had the opportunity to try local beer in the comfortable common room. The bunk beds were comfortable, although privacy was limited. The wifi signal was strong throughout the guest house, and the kitchen was clean and well-equipped. it was a friendly and welcoming accommodation.
